The Museum of Lincolnshire Life will host a ‘Lin The Museum of Lincolnshire Life will host a ‘Lincolnshire Through the Wars’ weekend on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st August 2022. 10.00 am - 4.00 pm both days (last entry 3.45). Over the two-day event, enthusiasts and historians will be displaying their collections of original artifacts from the First and Second World Wars and will be happy to talk to visitors about the items they have on display. Displays will include photographs, uniforms and medals, as well as scale models, including a First World War tank. This is alongside the museum’s existing exhibits on the county’s role during the wars, including the award-winning interactive galleries of the Royal Lincolnshire Regiment. Tickets for the special event cost just £2.50 for adults and £1 for children and concessions. A family ticket for two adults and up to three children costs £5.

With the predicted weather showing a glorious 29 degrees this Festival Weekend, Rand Farm Park will be permitting festival goers to bring in 1 plastic bottle of water per person so long as it is sealed and untampered. Within the Festival Paddock you will also be able to top your water bottle up with free tap water. Please note though, apart from the one bottle of water per person, they can’t permit you to bring in any glass fluids or liquids.
