Working with audiences at the Hub; in schools; and community and care settings across the District and County, the Hub dance programme provides creative opportunities for participation and performance on a regular basis, ensuring a varied high quality mix of contemporary offerings that are inclusive, accessible, affordable and always forward thinking.
Our Youth Dance Programme provides an opportunity for young people aged between 8-19 yrs old to develop their dance technique and performance skills in a fun and friendly atmosphere. We offer styles such as Contemporary, Street Dance, Breakdance and Creative Dance.
Our dance tinies sessions provide a fun filled creative movement session for babies, toddlers ages 0-4 and grown-ups, with music, dance, storytelling and creativity.
Alongside our regular programme of classes we are also excited to share with you our Hub Dance Summer School Offer.
This year we have two dance summer schools available at different locations:

Led by our dance team, each summer school runs over three days and offers something for everyone aged 0-24yrs. Experience a range of dance styles, dance fitness and creative movement, as well as an opportunity to gain an Arts Award Qualification.
OneNK – North Hykeham
Hub Dance Youth – Tuesday 30th-Wednesday 31st July, ages 11-19, 10am-4pm each day, £60 per person for two days.
Come and experience an exciting 2 day summer dance school focusing on confidence building and creativity through a range of dance styles. We will cover styles including street dance, contemporary and breakdance with a focus on empowerment and well-being.
Dance and Disabilities – Thursday 1st August, 10-24 yrs, 10am-1pm £15
This half-day consists of fun and inclusive creative dance tasks specifically tailored for young people with learning disabilities, autism and/or physical disabilities.
Hub Dance Juniors – Thursday 1st August, 7-11 yrs 2-4pm £12
A fun and creative dance workshop which introduces children to a variety of dance styles including street dance.
Hub- Sleaford

Hub Dance Tinies Tues 6th August, £5 per child and their adult, 0-4 yrs 1:30pm-2:30pm
This creative movement session is an enjoyable hour of music, dance, storytelling and creativity for little ones and their grown-ups.
Hub Dance Children – Tues 6th August, £5 per child, 5-7 yrs, 3:00-4:00pm
This session of dance and games explores different styles of dance movement using tools and props to encourage creative imagination.
Hub Dance Juniors Day – Wed 7th August, £30, 8-11 yrs, 10am-4pm
A fun-packed creative day exploring Dance Fitness, Contemporary Dance, Creative Dance, Musical Theatre workshops, tailored to children and young people. Children can use this day to gain their Discover Arts Award Qualification.
