Ready to test out you hammering skills this February? There is no finer time to build a bird box than now to coincide with National Bird Box week 2022.
It’s all about our feathered friends on our Love Birds events, so why not come along to help our native birds to thrive during the cold spell and get ready for spring. This event is happening on Thursday 17th February at Hartsholme Park (1pm to 2.30pm). Here you can learn how to build your own bird box from scratch, and find out where to put it up at home, just in time for the upcoming nesting season. You’ll also have the opportunity to make your very own bird feeder!
