Who are we?
Lead Instructor Rob at Lincoln Karate School has over 30 years experience in Martial Arts, self-defence and working with children & adults, he has spent many years delivering various courses across the country for specialist clients. Also a fully qualified fitness instructor he delivers classes to all ages and abilities sharing his passion for Karate and Martial Arts.
We start classes from age 6 all the way through to adults and when restrictions allow we will once again re-introduce our incredibly popular family classes. Over time our students learn to develop many fitness related skills such as balance, coordination, agility and speed. Students will also learn to improve areas such as focus, discipline, determination and drive to help them succeed in martial arts, school work, socially and everyday life.
Covid-19 Lockdown: We have continued to operate all classes throughout Covid-19 and provide a range of alternative classes to keep students engaged throughout lockdown. We are currently running all our classes online due to government restrictions but still welcoming new students and aim to return to indoor classes from the 12th April following government guidance.
